This service will assist you in your Strength, Bodybuilding, and Fat Loss goals by providing you accountability and a custom training program that adjusts to your goals, needs and preferences.
I will personally monitor your training and provide you with objective feedback to keep you moving in the right direction. You will have easy access to me to ask questions about training, exercise form, diet, and any other issues or concerns that come up while moving toward your goals.
Communication is done via Telegram and google drive.
